Order terms & conditions

General information

I strive to ensure my shop listings are current; however, I reserve the right to cancel your order if one or more items that you select are no longer available.

If I do not receive payment within 14 days of the time you place an order, that order may be cancelled. If you believe it may take more than 14 days for your payment to arrive, please contact me with your order number so I know to keep the order open.

Most orders are shipped within two business days, but large or custom orders may require additional processing time. All shipments are mailed using at least one recent United States commemorative or high-value ($1+) stamp, plus the current Philosateleian Post stamp.

Shipping options

I offer shipping via first-class mail, registered mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Shipping costs begin at $1.19 for domestic orders and $18.08 for international orders depending on the country. Some countries do not permit dutiable items like stamps in one or more classes of mail; you will see only the shipping options that are available for the address that you enter.

Payment options

I accept PayPal and major credit cards (via PayPal), checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts, USPS money orders, and cash. If you mail payment, please include your order number.

Domestic orders

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of shipment, you may contact me to request a full refund minus shipping fees. If you receive a refund, but later receive your order, you must return either the refund or the order to me.

International orders

Customs forms are attached to all orders shipped to addresses outside the United States of America. You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States of America may take several weeks to arrive. If you do not receive your order within 60 days of shipment, you may contact me to request a full refund minus shipping fees. If you receive a refund, but later receive your order, you must return either the refund or the order to me.

Refunds and returns

You may return any item for any reason within seven days of receiving your order; you will receive a full refund minus shipping fees. If you plan to have one or more items in your order expertized, you may contact me to request an extension.
