Like many islands around the Caribbean Sea, the Cayman Islands boast their share of coconut trees.1 Danger does lurk for the iconic trees, however; in recent years, agriculture officials have been fighting the spread of Lethal Yellowing, a disease spread by insects known as planthoppers.2
