Alderney

Alderney, one of the Channel Islands, is a relatively small bit of land, but one that contains varied landscapes ranging from forests and wetlands to beaches.¹ The cliffs on the western and southern sides of the island may be its best known natural features, however, and several different bird species nest there.^{2 3}
