The Bluff
Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands
The Gaelic word “brac” means “bluff,” and it is The Bluff at Cayman Brac’s eastern end that gives the island its name.1 The limestone cliff rises 140 feet above the surface of the Caribbean; from its top, visitors can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, while the face of the cliff itself is popular with rock climbers.2 3
