Blockheide-Eibenstein Nature Park

Blockheide-Eibenstein Nature Park covers only about half a square mile of land in the Waldviertel, or “forest quarter,” of Lower Austria.^{1 2} A varied landscape of meadows and forests lies within the park’s confines, however, as well as large granite blocks that rise from the terrain.³
