1913–15 Panama-Pacific Exposition
The commemorative stamps produced to publicize the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition are generally grouped into two sets. The first batch of the stamps was issued perf. 12, while the second batch was issued perf. 10 following equipment changes at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
