First and foremost, I must thank my Father, who has given me all I have including the ability to create this site, and His Son, who gave His own life for me.
I also want to thank and acknowledge the following individuals, without whom my collection would be much, much smaller:
- My parents and sister, who have accumulated stamps for me and listened to me babble about my collection;
- Aunt Donna, who helped develop my interest in collecting and has kept a steady stream of material headed my way ever since;
- Uncle Charles and Aunt Donna, who have sent to me two very generous accumulations that include many of my unused stamps issued before the 1990's;
- Uncle Wendell, who died long before I was born, but whose boyhood collection eventually made its way into my hands, providing me with my first 19th century stamps;
- All the other family members and friends who have provided encouragement and maybe even saved a stamp or two for me along the way.
In addition, the following sites have provided free programs that have been invaluable in the creation of this site:
The U.S. Postal Service holds the copyright to all stamp and postal stationery designs issued from 1978 to the present.
The Scott Publishing Co. holds the copyright to the Scott Numbering System. I use Scott numbers on this site only to facilitate stamp trades.
Finally, if there's anyone else I've forgotten to acknowledge, please accept my belated thanks and apologies.
