My name is Kevin, and I enjoy collecting stamps and designing Web sites. Philosateleia seems like the perfect combination of those two hobbies. Like my stamp collection, this site will never be truly "finished," but I intend to have fun with it!
The philosateleia.com domain name has been registered since the summer of 2002, although the site really didn't get off the ground until 2003. Since then it has been through a couple of renovations as I've determined what does and does not work.
Philosateleia is a family-friendly Web site. Nevertheless, younger children may have questions about some of the subjects mentioned on U.S. stamps. If you have young ones, please take the time to browse this site and others with them.
I'm a Christian, and strive to live by the principles set forth in the Bible. In addition, I'm a member of the American Philatelic Society (APS #198084) and have agreed to abide by its Code of Ethics.
